SPATIAL ANALYSIS OF MAJOR PRIVATE ESTATES AND ACCESSIBILITY TO PUBLIC AMENITIES IN HONG KONG SAR

This GIS project investigated the relationship between housing prices in Hong Kong's major private estates and their proximity to urban amenities, including hospitals, greenspaces, MTR (Mass Transit Railway) stations, and public markets. The study aimed to determine whether higher-priced estates offer greater access to these amenities, addressing Hong Kong's severe housing affordability crisis.
